Day 1: Katra Arrival
Arrive katra you will be picked up by your private cab in the morning between 7-9 am. exploring the local market, and then visiting Shiv khori Temple to begin your spiritual journey. A significant stop for pilgrims. In the evening, enjoy dinner and rest at your hotel.
Day 2: Katra - Pahalgam
After breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) The total distance of about 220 kms, will be covered in about 7 to 8 hrs. Pahalgam is situated at the union of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Pahalgam is now Kashmir’s premier resort; cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius, upon arrival check into the hotel. Day 3: Pahalagam Local Srinagar
Enjoy the morning breakfast at hotel and proceed to drive for phalgam And local sightseeing VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS “en-route visiting the world-famous Saffron growing fields, Awantipura ruins (9th century ) & Martand Temple (sun temple). Pahalgam is famous for the Indian film industry, . One can go Aru, Chandanwari & Betab Valley (own cost), dinner & overnight in srinagar
Day 4: Srinagar –Sonmarag
Today morning after breakfast drive to full day tour of Sonamarg (Meadows of Gold), it has sheer scenic splendor. The very way-a metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with forests and firs. After a breath-taking journey from Srinagar you come across River Sindh that is abounded with trout &Mahseer. Onwards the valley opens up to a meadow. Ponies can be hired for a trip up to Thajiwas glacier; a major attraction during the summer months. Sonamarg’s You will be fascinated to see Snowy Mountains against a cerulean sky against its back drop. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel Sonmarg .
Day 5: Sonmarg - Gulmarag
After breakfast from the Hotel & proceed to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is also known as “Meadow of Flowers & has a famous Golf course during summer (which is one of the highest 18-holes golf course in the world) & Ski Resort during winter. One can have a gondola (cable car) ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg(own cost) to have a real view of the natural beauty of the summer and full snow view in winter. You can have a pony ride in the open fields to seven springs (own cost) and to a lake, which remains frozen until June. Back to hotel. Dinner & overnight at Hotel Gulmarag
Day 6: Gulmarg - Srinagar
After breakfast from the Hotel & proceed to Srinagar AND Srinagar. Local sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Cheshmashahi (the royal spring ), Nishat (the garden of pleasure ), Shalimar (the abode of love), PariMahal & famous Shankrancharya temple & Dargah Hazrat bal Shrine & Jamia Masjid. Evening Shikara ride in famous Dal and over night stay in Houseboat
Day 7: Srinagar Drop
Have breakfast checkout hotel and drive to katra and our cab will drop you katra/ jammu airport/railway station. Tours end with sweet memories.
